As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing business needs, designing information systems, and coordinating development activities. **What will you accomplish?** - Collecting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements using various elicitation techniques. - Translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications and clear User Stories for the development team. - Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, end users, and technical teams to ensure mutual understanding of requirements and successful implementation of solutions. - Conducting feasibility studies and impact analyses to assess the consequences of requested changes on existing systems. - Actively participating in Scrum team meetings and workshops, including sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Coordinating and monitoring development activities in close collaboration with developers, testers, and other project team members. - Ensuring the quality and compliance of deliverables through functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. - Contributing to continuous improvement of development and requirements management processes by proposing innovative ideas and solutions. **Who are we looking for?** - Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in an Agile/Scrum environment. - Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear and understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders. - Strong knowledge of requirement modeling techniques, such as BPMN and UML. - Practical experience in project management and coordination of technical teams or external vendors. - A knowledge of technologies including Java, Spring, Angular, web services, and SOA architecture is a plus - Experience in requirements management, including collection, analysis, specification, and change management. - Proficiency in requirements management tools such as Jira. - Strong database skills, including SQL scripting, relational data modeling, and familiarity with data warehousing concepts. - Familiarity with testing practices and tools, such as ISTQB foundation level. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines. - Fluent in French (native level) and a minimum B2 level of English proficiency. - If you are an experienced Business Analyst, capable of tackling complex challenges, with a critical and pragmatic mindset, and are looking to join a dynamic team working on an exciting European project
