Our client, a highly respected and well-established independent law firm in Luxembourg, is looking for a **Knowledge Lawyer** to enhance their Investment Funds practice. This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative team at the forefront of the financial and regulatory landscape, contributing to impactful work in one of Europe's key jurisdictions.

**_ Knowledge Lawyer _**_- Your Role :_**
- _ Develop and maintain legal resources, templates, and precedents for investment funds (_**_UCITS, UCIs_**_, AIFs, and IFMs)._
- **_ Monitor_**_ regulatory developments and market trends at national and EU levels._
- **_ Support internal and external stakeholders_**_ with briefings, newsletters, and presentations._
- _ Organize _**_training sessions_**_ for the legal team and contribute to innovative legal solutions, including digital tools._
- _ Act as a key resource for regulatory queries and legal matters within the Investment Funds practice._

**_ Knowledge Lawyer _**_- Your Profile:_**
- _ Minimum of _**_3 years_**_ of experience in investment funds, gained within an IFM, law firm, or financial institution. Open to more experienced profiles. _
- _A proactive approach to managing projects, with excellent organizational and communication skills._
- _ A _**_sharp eye_**_ for detail and a systematic way of working._
- _ A creative and solutions-driven mindset, capable of addressing complex challenges with pragmatic ideas._
- **_ Fluency in English_**_; proficiency in French is a plus._
