Our client, a well-established and highly regarded independent law firm in Luxembourg, is creating a **new position** within its Investment Funds practice, reflecting the growing need for **specialized expertise in liquid/UCITS funds**. This is an excellent opportunity for a **lawyer with at least 2-3 years of experience** looking for a role that is more strategic and proactive, with a **broader focus beyond case files** and a **more balanced pace and commitment**.

**_ Knowledge Lawyer - Your Role :_**
- Act as a key point of reference for **UCITS and liquid fund** regulations, providing expertise to both internal teams and clients.
- Develop and maintain **legal resources, templates, and precedents** related to liquid investment funds.
- Monitor **regulatory developments and market trends** at national and EU levels, ensuring the team stays ahead of industry changes.
- Support the legal team with **trainings, briefings, and thought leadership materials** (e.g., newsletters, presentations).
- Contribute to the **innovation and digitalization** of legal processes within the firm.

**_ Knowledge Lawyer - Your Profile:_**
- ** Minimum 2-3 years of experience** as a lawyer specializing in **UCITS and liquid funds**, ideally gained within a law firm, IFM, or financial institution.
- Strong **understanding of investment fund regulations**; deeper expertise is a plus but not a prerequisite.
- A proactive and **solutions-oriented mindset**, with the ability to simplify complex legal matters.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with an ability to **educate and guide** other professionals.
- Fluency in **English** for business; proficiency in **French** is an advantage for integration.
