**_ Banking/Finance & Fund Lawyer - Your Role :_**
- Provide strategic legal advice on **banking, finance, and investment funds matters**, including fund structuring, financing transactions, and regulatory compliance.
- Draft, negotiate, and review **complex financial agreements and investment fund documentation**.
- Support **Luxembourg management companies, AIFMs, and financial institutions** with their operational and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with fund managers expanding their activities in Europe, particularly those based in the US and UK.
- Stay up to date on **evolving legal frameworks** in Luxembourg and the EU, ensuring clients remain compliant with the latest regulations.
- Collaborate with a team of experts, contributing to the firm's **growth and strategic direction**.

**_ Banking/Finance & Fund Lawyer - Your Profile:_**
- ** 2 to 7 years** **as a lawyer specializing in banking, finance, or investment funds law**, ideally gained in a reputable law firm or financial institution.
- ** Master's** degree in law; and **M.**:

- Strong analytical and drafting skills with attention to detail.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial, and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in **English** is required; **French** is a plus
