Nous recherchons pour notre client, une société dynamique où se relient expertise commerciale et stratégie de croissance, un Sales & Business Development Manager - Secteur Infrastructure (Europe).

Localisation : Luxembourg
(mobilité requise Europe).

À ce poste, vos missions sont les suivantes:

- Développement commercial et ventes
- Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie commerciale avec le Directeur Régional
- Gérer et développer un portefeuille de clients stratégiques
- Assurer le respect de la politique tarifaire régionale
- Suivre les tendances du marché, la concurrence et le positionnement de l'entreprise
- Promouvoir les marques et les produits en collaboration avec le marketing
- Optimiser la productivité via la digitalisation (CRM, IA, PDM )
- Collecter et partager des données de veille stratégique
- Gérer les entrées de commandes
- Technique et contractuel
- Participer aux appels d'offres pour les outils spécifiques
- Préparer les offres techniques avec l'équipe tarification
- Coordonner les solutions techniques avec les parties prenantes internes
- Négocier les contrats et réduire les risques financiers
- Compétences clés
- Excellente communication, négociation et leadership
- Capacité à créer des relations solides avec les clients
- Bonne compréhension des enjeux financiers (P&L)
- Gestion efficace du temps et des priorités
- Maîtrise de l'anglais (allemand et espagnol appréciés)
- Qualités personnelles
- Sens du client et aisance relationnelle
- Esprit d'initiative et autonomie
- À l'aise dans un environnement international et dynamique
- Disponible pour des déplacements fréquents en Europe
- Expérience
- Minimum 10 ans dans le secteur du nucléaire et de la construction
- Expérience en vente de produits techniques
- Connaissance des acteurs européens (entreprises générales, bureaux d'études )
- Expérience en environnement multiculturel et international
- Maîtrise des normes QHSE et de la gestion des risques contractuels
