We are seeking a motivated **Account Manager** to strengthen our sales department in Luxembourg. In this role, you will be dedicated to managing and developing our business relationships with the **European Institutions**, building on existing framework contracts, and driving new opportunities within the IT services sector.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the team to expand business opportunities within the European Institutions.
- Build, maintain, and grow strong commercial relationships with assigned EU clients and prospects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the European Commission and the recruitment/staffing team.
- Support staffing and recruitment processes, ensuring timely delivery of quality IT profiles.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify future needs.
- Provide ongoing follow-up and support to employees and consultants working on EU projects.

**Your Profile**
- A higher education degree.
- ** 3-5 years of experience** in sales, staffing, or resourcing within the IT services sector. Previous experience working with **European Institutions** is a strong asset.
- Solid understanding of customer requirements and the EU institutional market.
- Excellent **communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills**.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and customer-focused, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Team player with a collaborative spirit and positive attitude.
- Fluent in **French and English** (written and spoken). Additional EU languages are an advantage.
- Holds a **valid driver’s license**.
- Legally authorized to work in **Luxembourg/Belgium** without the need for employment sponsorship.
