**Job Description**:

- Managing of portfolio of PE clients (mainly SPVs):

- Assist with the bookkeeping of client’s portfolio and answer to clients’ requests
- Prepare the annual financial statements
- Assist the team/client for the preparation of financial reporting and closing process
- Prepare the VAT, tax returns and tax provisions
- Assist in treasury management functions and prepare SPV’s fees projections
- Prepare and follow-up BCL reports
- Assist in the liquidation process
- Review junior(s) work
- Assisting the manager of the team for the management
- Manage the relationships with service providers, including auditors, tax advisors, law firms, and banks
- Understand structure of new clients’ investments, including the reporting and tax implications
- Supporting the team members to deliver the highest quality standard of service to clients
- Utilise Technical support team / additional resources appropriately and where required
- Executes and ensures timely delivery of quality services
- Checks and follows up internal procedures

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor/BAC+3: Accountancy/Business Administration
- At least 4 - 5 years of experience in Accounting
- Computer/program knowledge: Microsoft office, Demasy
- Strong technical accounting (Lux GAAP) skills are essential, IFRS and US GAAP will be an asset
- Languages: Fluent in English, any other language would be an advantage
