**Job description**
Join our client's Alternative Funds Solution Department as an Assistant Manager Fund Accountant.
- Engage in the calculation and review of NAV’s for various complex PERE funds,
- Perform accounting/review of PERE funds, calculation of net asset values, reporting, and communication with investment managers,
- Assist in the preparation/review of financial statements for audit purposes,
- Take ownership of all elements of a fund's reporting cycle.
- Manage a team of junior and senior fund accounting officers.

**Profile**
- Accountancy or business administration qualification.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a fund accounting position, preferably within asset management groups in Luxembourg.
- Experience in accounting for Private Equity/Real Estate funds, Holdings Companies, SPVs, etc., in Luxembourg is advantageous.
- Knowledge of various accounting standards and principles (LUXGAAP, ideally IFRS or USGAAP).
- Familiarity with regulatory regulations pertaining to Alternative funds such as RAIF and AIFM regulation.
- Fluent in English, a second language is an advantage.
