**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du führst Bewertungsanalysen von Infrastruktur
- und Immobilienanlagen unter Anwendung einschlägiger Methoden durch
- Du bereitest detaillierte Bewertungsberichte und Präsentationen vor und präsentierst diese im Valuation Committee
- Du überwachst und optimierst den AIFM-Bewertungsrahmen, einschließlich der Bewertungspolitik, -prozesse und -abläufe
- Du übernimmst die Schnittstellenfunktion aller internen und externen Bewertungsthemen
- Du bist für die Qualitätssicherung und Weiterentwicklung der Bewertungsmodelle zuständig
- Du arbeitest mit der Risikofunktion bei der Risikobewertung zusammen

**Dein Profil**:

- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder über einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
- Du bringst 3-7 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Bewertung und DCF Modelle mit
- Idealerweise hast du Erfahrung als Valuation Committee Member
- Du bist Experte im Bereich Finanzmodelle (u.a. Renewables, Infrastructure, Real Assets, Immobilien, Private Equity und Private Debt)
- Du sprichst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
