**_Luxembourg_**_, _**_Luxembourg_**_ _** **Your Responsibilities**: - Facilitate workshops and conduct interviews with business users (municipalities, internal services, etc.). - Analyze and document existing processes ("As-Is") and design target processes ("To-Be") using BPMN, UML, Archimate, and **Visual Paradigm**. - Translate business needs into **clear, structured functional specifications**. - Assess the impact and feasibility of proposed solutions in collaboration with technical teams. - Act as a **bridge between business and IT teams**, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of requirements. - Define and validate acceptance criteria, and support test teams in scenario definition and defect analysis (Azure DevOps). - Ensure deliverables align with expressed business needs. **Required Experience**: - Minimum **5 years as a Business Analyst** on information system projects (ERP rewrites, migrations, etc.). - Strong background in **workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement**. - Experience in **Agile/Scrum** with CI/CD tools (GitLab). - Expertise in **Visual Paradigm** (BPMN, UML, Archimate). - Previous **public sector** experience is an asset. **Technical Skills**: - Requirement gathering (interviews, workshops, observations). - Process modeling with BPMN, UML, Archimate. - Writing functional specifications (User Stories, Use Cases, Business Rules). - Knowledge of project management methodologies: Agile/Scrum, Prince2, PMBOK. - Familiarity with **ERP systems** (finance, population management). - Understanding of **UX/UI principles**. - Knowledge of **TOGAF/Prometa** frameworks and **microservices architecture** is a plus. **Soft Skills**: - Analytical mindset & problem-solving. - Clear communication and ability to translate complexity. - Facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution. - Rigor, attention to detail, and structured approach. - Proactivity and improvement-driven mindset. - Team collaboration with UX/UI, developers, testers, and architects. - Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments. **Why Apply?**: This opportunity is perfect for Business Analysts who thrive in **transformation programs**, enjoy working with diverse stakeholders, and want to shape innovative, future-ready solutions. **by ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS** Although open to technologies used by our customers, ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS seeks mainly but not only consultants mastering: Windows and Linux Servers, networks, developments (JAVA, SAP,.NET, ) as well as highly specialized experts for example in cybersecurity or in Content Management System (CMS) (SharePoint, Drupal, WebLogic ).
