**German Speaking Corporate Officer - Multicultural Fiduciary**

In a **dynamic district** of Luxembourg, you will find this well-known fiduciary that is in full expansion and is, for this reason, looking to strengthen its team of Corporate Officers.

The fiduciary offers a “one-stop shop” service to its clients (Soparfi, Holdings, SPV, Funds) in terms of accounting, tax compliance and advisory, corporate governance and domiciliation and finds real pride in the long-term relationships it has with its clients.

If you take public transportation on a daily basis, you will easily be able to access the fiduciary’s offices by bus or tramway, making your commute quite easy and comfortable. However, a parking spot can also be offered should you need it.

**Your Responsibilities**|** Corporate Officer - Corporate - Legal - Fiduciary**

- You open the bank accounts and handle communications with the bank, notaries as well as other third parties.
- You prepare and organize board and shareholder meetings and are responsible for taking minutes.
- You provide assistance in the context of constituting new entities and liquidations, and the daily lifecycle in between.
- You publish the annual accounts on the Trade Register as well as other modifications such as the change of seat. Depending on your experience, you may be asked to review the work handled by junior corporate officers.

- Fluency in English and German is required and sufficient. Knowledge of French or Luxembourgish will be an additional plus.

- **Many trainings**of all kinds (language courses, hard skills, soft skills) will be offered in order to support you in your technical evolution and overall evolution in the fiduciary.
- **Up to**€** 65.000** gross/year depending on your level of experience, to which you can add meal vouchers which represents an important budget to do your weekly groceries, on top of an annual bonus.
- **29 days off** per year will offer you great flexibility and you will also have a flexible schedule.
- Work part time (80%) if you wish, although a full-time position is of course also possible.
