It is with great pleasure that we present a job opportunity with our trusted partner, **an international PFS.** To support their expansion the entity is looking for a **German speaking Corporate Officer**.
In this role you will have an impact of the overall mission of the German desk. This function opens up the opportunity to work on a stimulating and challenging client portfolio of mainly securitisation vehicles, SOPARFI and Holdings. The combination of complex cases, ambiguous tasks and extensive sponsored training plans will contribute to bolstering your skill-set.

**Your Responsibilities **|**Legal - Corporate - PFS**- Corporate Officer**
- You are in charge of the day-to-day operations for legal and administrative matters, and are a reliable point of contact for German speaking clients mainly.
- You are responsible for the cooperation with third parties (e.g. notaries, banks, auditors), and ensure a secure relationship between internal and external stakeholders.
- You prepare board meetings and shareholder meetings, draft and produce related documents and may be asked to assist.
**Profile and Career Path **|**Legal - Corporate - PFS**- Corporate Officer**
- You have at **least one year of experience** in a similar role in Luxembourg, within a financial service provider such as a PFS, fiduciary or Investment Fund Company
- You master **English and German** fluently, allowing you to navigate the international business environment and develop long term relationships with your clients.
- Experience in securitization is an additional asset, although the PFS will be happy to assist you in acquiring these skills if you do not have any former experience in this.
- You are eager to join a human-sized structure of around 15 employees who all get along well.
**Offer **|**Legal - Corporate - PFS**- Corporate Officer**
- Depending on your level of experience your gross annual salary could reach **€ **65.000** to which a **discretionary bonus** of up to one month salary could be added.
