We are partnering a long-standing client of us who is hiring a German speaking Senior Corporate Officer to join their team in Luxembourg.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of your client portfolio.
- Coordinate all company secretarial matters, including attendance and preparation of minutes for board meetings and shareholder meetings.
- Liaise with international and local points of contact including lawyers, auditors, tax advisers, notaries, other professionals, government institutions and other offices worldwide so that all aspects of the transaction are appropriately covered.
Role Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a similar position within a corporate services provider, substance office or law firm in Luxembourg.
- Excellent verbal and writing skills in English, and German.
