**Corporate Officer - German Desk, Good Atmosphere**

We are currently assisting this fiduciary, composed of around 40 employees and created around 20 years ago, in its search for a Corporate Officer as part of its continuous growth.

This fiduciary is located in a beautiful building in Luxembourg City, close to various bus and tram stops. Since its creation two decades ago, the fiduciary has experienced quite an impressive growth while keeping a “human” approach towards its clients and employees.

**Your Responsibilities**|** Corporate - Legal - Fiduciary - Finance - Corporate Officer**

- For a client portfolio of financial companies (Soparfi/Holdings, PE/RE,..), you handle the daily corporate governance administration from **incorporation to liquidation**.
- This means that you will be responsible for opening bank accounts, preparing board and shareholder meetings, taking meeting minutes, and all other modifications such as change of seat, change of director and more.
- You liaise with third parties such as the competent Luxembourg authorities, banks, auditors and so on. You will join a small team of corporate officers, all with different levels of experience. The manager of the team will also happily help and train you so you can evolve in the company.
- **Profile and Career Path**|** Corporate - Legal - Fiduciary - Finance - Corporate Officer**

- You have **between 1 and 4 years** of experience as a corporate officer in a similar environment in Luxembourg (Fiduciary, PSF, Big Four, Private Equity firm).
- Fluency in **English** and **German** is an absolute prerequisite, as you will mainly be in charge of German-speaking clients. Though you do not need to be 100% bilingual, professional proficiency is necessary.
- Did you follow trainings or did you obtain a higher degree (Bachelor or Master) in the legal field? Then this will be an asset as well.
