**Your tasks**:
Financial
- Prepare annual budgets and forecasts
- Financial reporting
- Board presentation
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Risk mitigation
- Managing and liaison for internal and external auditors
- Data management
Commercial
- Drive ENEX commercial strategy to external clients
- Identify new business opportunities
- Maintain and expand existing customer base and services
- Develop and deliver impactful presentations to internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare post-project reports for customers and funders
**Your profile**:
- Director of Finance and Commercial will be used to playing a pivotal role in driving the financial and commercial success of a business
- You will have significant finance management experience, financial governance, budgeting, planning, compliance and analysis skills
- The post holder will have a commercial mindset and preferably experience in the media sector
- The post holder will be able to foster key client relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Excellent written and spoken English is required with other languages highly desirable.
