Do you have a "can do" mentality and want to be part of our growth story and create impact? **We’re looking for a Client account manager to**: - manage daily business in GFIW client servicing and provide high quality service - be the direct contact for daily banking activities and administrative work for our clients - manage daily client transactions and carry out inquiries and troubleshooting - research, follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients, and internal partners in a timely and professional manner - support client advisors in administrative, risk and legal and compliance related tasks and duties - join client advisors occasionally in client meetings. **Your team** Global Family Office & Institutional Wealth (GFIW) is a unique joint venture between UBS Global Wealth Management (GWM) and UBS Investment Bank (IB). GFIW serves some of the largest institutional Family Office clients that require both, GWM services and access to IB capabilities, often across countries and booking centers. GFIW offers comprehensive and highly personalized financial services to satisfy our clients’ sophisticated needs. You’ll be working in the GFIW Luxembourg team in Luxembourg. You'll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services and become a trusted client account manager for the wealthiest families. You’ll be part of the client coverage team and closely collaborate with client advisors. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey. **Your expertise** - financial services experience, ideally within a client facing team or other relevant commercial experience within the financial services industry - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent financial qualifications - solid comprehension of financial products and solutions like deposit, banking, brokerage, custody, investment and credit products - effective relationship management skills, able to show situational awareness and initiative to self-challenge and/or challenge others - interest in financial markets and in dealing with institutional-like clients - sound judgement and problem-solving skills with a proactive style that delivers timely results - superior written and oral communications skills including the ability to deliver difficult messages, complex ideas and client issues with confidence - excellent skills in English and French (oral and written), further languages like are an asset. **About us** UBS is the world’s largest and the only truly global wealth manager.
