To strengthen our team, we are looking for a **Client Service Officer** for the support of existing clients and the onboarding of new business.

**Core mission**

**Role**
- Actively participate in drafting the **Functional Requirement Document** together with the client and the Product Expert Team,
- Make sure that implemented solution meets **client’s** **test cases**,
- Draft the **test reports **and **testing procedures **and provide them to the Client,
- **Present **implemented **solution** to the Client,

**Skills required**
- Fluent in **English**, any other European language is a plus,
- Good sound of knowledge of **Microsoft Word,**:

- Detail oriented,
- Fast learner,
- Deadline-driven,
- Client and solution oriented,
- Team player,
- Experience in programming, **Javascript** will be seen as an advantage,
- Knowledge of the investment **funds industry** and **fund reporting** will be considered as an asset,

**Experience**
0-5 years

**Qualification**
Associate degree and above, or equivalent experience
