**Operational and project Payment Officer (M/F)**

As part of the strengthening of its Payments Department, ING Luxembourg is looking for: an Operational and project Payment Officer.

The Payments Department is in charge of processing all types of payments of the Bank (cash receipts, payment orders, card payments, direct debits,....), of the operational Helpdesk for the electronic payment systems used by our customers (Multiline, Internet, Remote Access) and of the Helpdesk for the debit and credit card domain as well as the implementation of electronic payment solutions. He is also in charge of the analysis of complaints related to payment matters.

**Description of the function**

Your main mission will focus on the support to be provided to the 2 following domains:

- **Support provided to projects relating to the payment Business. In this context, your mission will consist of**:

- Participate in the analyzes of the Payments project portfolio. Define the needs of the business, be the privileged interlocutor of the Department in charge of projects (Delivery), participate in the development of internal procedures,
- Analyze, modify and make more effective processes related to the payment domain (in collaboration with the fronts partners and other Bank Departments).
- Participate in execution of tests before the implementation of IT projects.
- Develop payment activity indicators and reports (Dashboard)
- Detect opportunities in terms of process improvement, propose and implement.
- Take charge of missions relating to the risk management of the Department
- Establish and maintain a relationships network with ING Group, market players (ABBL, BCL, local banks, etc.) in the context of payment projects (national project, group, etc.)
- **Operational support of the various activities of the Payments Department. In this context, your mission will consist of providing operational support to one or more activities of the Payments Department **(Credit Transfer, analysis of complaints, support for card management, onboarding of electronic payment solutions for our customers,).

**Your profile**

**Education / Experience**:

- Master in Business and Management Economics, Commercial Engineer or equivalent (level: Bac +4/+5);
- A minimum of three years' experience in a similar position is an advantage;

**Skills**:

- Communication skills (summary reports adapted to the interlocutors, regular follow-up within multidisciplinary project teams, etc.);
- Good knowledge of the banking sector (knowledge in the field of payments is an advantage);
- Good knowledge of office tools;
- Individual accountability, adaptability, anticipation & proactivity;
- Team spirit, qualities of relational skills, open-minded attitude;
- Rigor and reliability, “results” oriented;
- Great flexibility, allowing you to move quickly from one business sector to another.

**Languages**:
French and English, oral and written is mandatory.
