**Your mission**:

- Perform call backs and maintain the corresponding documentation
- Responsible for vendor management, including vendor relationships, and internal compliance processing
- Manage Multiline and SWIFTNet administration and process invoices in our CRM system
- Process Multiline transactions in accordance with agreed payment terms
- Send approval reminders for invoices and transactions to respective signers
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to proactively resolve potential challenges and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Handle other administrative ad-hoc tasks related to payments and vendor services
- Support with the preparation of payment and transaction reports

**Your profile**:

- Fluency in English, with German and/or French language skills being a strong asset
- Previous experience in a similar role or an apprenticeship as a business clerk
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and diligent attitude
