My Leading Fund industry client are in a major growth phase, through the acquisition of 6 companies in the past 2 years. As a result they require a German speaking Customer Success Manager to ensure their clients are onboarded efficiently and that they understand how to use their services to drive adoption.
You'll also develop a comprehensive understanding of typical business challenges faced by customers and common objectives to put appropriate processes/training in place.

**The following skills/experience is essential**:
- Strong Customer Service / Success background.
- Previously worked in the Fund Management industry.
- German and English speaker.
- Ability to understand client data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
**Salary**:Up to €57,000 + bonus + package
**Location**: Luxembourg (good work from home options available)
