**Job Summary**

We are looking for an enthusiastic **Customer Success Manager** to join our dynamic team at EasyBiz, a B2B FinTech project under 3F Venture.

**EasyBiz** is focused on simplifying and enhancing the company incorporation and management process through both mobile and desktop platforms. Account Manager will be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and continuous client satisfaction. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for technology, client relationships, and process optimization in the FinTech space.

This position is **on-site in Luxembourg** and requires fluency in both **French** and **English**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and develop relationships with new and existing clients to ensure their successful use of EasyBiz’s services;
- Act as the primary contact for onboarding new clients, guiding them through the setup process on both mobile and desktop platforms;
- Ensure clients are aware of all features and functionalities of the EasyBiz platform to maximize their experience;
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs, feedback, and issues promptly;
- Analyze client data to identify trends, usage patterns, and opportunities for improvement;
- Proactively engage clients to offer additional services and ensure retention;
- Assist clients with troubleshooting and provide timely responses to inquiries;
- Prepare regular reports on account status and client feedback for internal teams and management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Account Manager or relevant B2B client-facing role, preferably in FinTech or related industries;
- Experience working with mobile and desktop platforms, particularly in a client onboarding and support capacity;
- Fluency in bothFrench and English is a must, other languages would be a great advantage;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients;
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously;
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail and the ability to manage client expectations effectively;
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and contribute to a growing team;
- **This is an on-site position**.
