Avec six unités d’affaires complémentaires (négoce et leasing, démontage d’avions, MRO d’avions, moteurs, aérostructures et conversions de fret), nous proposons aux exploitants et propriétaires d’avions du monde entier des solutions rentables pour prolonger la durée de vie de leurs actifs.

Actuellement, nous recherchons le ou la remplaçant (e) dans le cadre d’un congé de maternité et parental d’un an de notre **responsable comptable.**
L’équipe comptable est composée de 4 comptables, et fait partie de l’équipe Finances composée de 10 personnes.

**Lieu de travail**
- Luxembourg - (télétravail possible 1 jours par semaine selon les échéances)

**Les responsabilités du Responsable comptable comprennent, sans s’y limiter les missions suivantes**:
1. Préparer les états financiers consolidés et des entités juridiques du Groupe Vallair (résultat
états, bilans, états des flux de trésorerie disponibles) et rapports.
2. Gérer toutes les questions comptables et l’analyse financière pour soutenir le développement des affaires et assurer le management quotidien des 4 comptables
3. S’assurer que tous les aspects comptables de l’entreprise sont correctement exécutés : Grand livre général,
Comptes créditeurs, comptes débiteurs, espèces, comptes de régularisation, comptes de régularisation, comptabilisation en résultats, Répartition des frais de gestion, autres
4. Entreprendre les activités de clôture mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles des entités, y compris la consolidation.
5. Être responsable de poster les écritures et de la validation des ecritures dans la comptabilité des dépenses générales, les factures client/fournisseur, les entrées intersociétés, les charges et provisions de projet, autres.
6. Travailler avec les auditeurs externes, préparer et fournir la documentation pertinente.
7. Effectuer la déclaration réglementaire à la CSSF/STATEC/Autorités fiscales/Douanes et autres tels que déclarations de TVA et DEB
8. Maintenir les contrôles comptables en proposant des améliorations aux processus comptables.9. Gérer le processus d’exécution des paiements fournisseurs, le rapprochement des relevés bancaires avec la comptabilité

10. Rapprocher les écarts financiers en recueillant et en analysant les renseignements par compte client.

11. Passer les écritures et faire le rapprochement des salaires avec le prestataire externe de services de paie, passer les provisions associées
