Certainly, together we make fund distribution easier.

In collaboration with Management Companies, Data vendors and Clients Relationship, you will ensure the collect of Static, Dynamic, Regulatory Data and documents.

With the colleagues and the management following the processes and participating on the procedure redaction and improvement, you participate in the audit process.

You ensure on a daily basis the Data base and data controls related to the list defined by the service

Focused on Dynamic Data you support the team and take care of improvement and development of the dynamic data in collaboration with Team Member’s and the management.

**Operational activities**:

- Data collection - Daily, Weekly, Monthly Controls
- Data control and maintenance - Spot checks controls
- Data dissemination, ex-post controls
- Client support and client management in collaboration with the team and the management
- Report the mile stones of the current project and future development related to Dynamic data
- Follow and improve the controls dedicated to Dynamic Data

**Profile**:

- Master in economy or law Data Specialist
- Significative experience (3-5 years) in Data and Dynamic data, by a finance Institution or by significant Data Base is definitively expected for this position, and management of prices values real time or differed is a strong asset
- IT tools: Windows environment, Python and VBA is an asset
- language: English and French, German and Italian is an asset
