Our **Delta Technologies** team is looking for a Senior Consultant - Data Management to help and support one of our clients a major player within the fund industry.
The Senior Consultant will have the following responsibilities:
- Drive data governance and data management initiatives across the organization.
- Coordinate effectively with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable data strategies.
- Design, implement and maintain data workflows and processes using Alteryx and other tools.
- Perform advanced data analysis and ensure data quality in line with banking regulatory standards.
- Support reporting activities leveraging tools like SAP BusinessObjects (BO), Tableau, and SQL.
- Work on projects aligned with BCBS 239 and other regulatory frameworks where applicable.
- Provide expertise on funds, investment banking, or financial services data flows (a strong advantage).
The Senior Consultant - Data Management will also have the responsibility to animate the Delta Accounting tribe, participate to the development of the existing team, animating workshops and training internally and with third parties. As an operational consultant, the Senior Consultant - Data Management will act as Subject Matter Expert to support other colleagues in case of expertise needs.
**Requirements**:
- With at least 10 years of professional experience in data management and data governance.
- Proven expertise in: SAP BO, Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, Python
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work autonomously.
- Experience in banking, funds, or investment banking environments (highly desirable).
- Familiarity with BCBS 239 compliance is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to engage with cross-functional teams.
- Master II qualification in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or equivalent.
- English and French speaking are mandatory, additional language is considered as an advantage.
