Dans le cadre de l’agrandissement de nos équipes, Sword Luxembourg est à la recherche d’un **Data Scientist Senior**.

Au sein d’une équipe existante, vous serez amené à intervenir dans des projets variés. Le plus important : détenir une expertise en conception et mise en œuvre de solutions d'intelligence artificielle classique et générative, ainsi qu'une solide expérience dans la gestion de projets data de bout en bout.

**Vos missions**:

- Aider à la transformation numérique en utilisant des méthodes Big Data et Intelligence Artificielle.
- Créer et mettre à disposition différents modèles prédictifs et statistiques basés sur les données
- Support aux différents partenaires dans le cadre de l’automatisation des prises de décisions.
- L’assistance aux analystes et scientifiques dans le déploiement des modèles de production
- Mettre en oeuvre des solutions basées sur la GenAI V

**Vos tâches principales**:

- Concevoir et déployer des modèles IA avancés.
- Mise en place des pieplines de traitement de données optimisées avec Python sur Dataiku
- Recueil des besoins métier
- Préparation, animation de différents ateliers avec les différents partenaires en vue de mieux cerner leurs attentes
- Collecte, analyse de données
- Développement des API dans Dataiku
- Tests pour garantir la fiabilité, la précision des modèles et des solutions développées
- Participation à l’acculturation data et IA
- Gestion des projets en IA : planification, coordination des équipes, suivi des livrables et délais.
- Vous avez idéalement 5 ans d’expérience dans des projets data avancés, (IA classique ou générative)
- Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de projets (une certification Agile, Prince2 sera considérée comme un plus)
- Maîtrise avancée des langages Python, SQL ainsi que des frameworks data (par exemple : Pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spark, Langchain,).
- De solides compétences en Dataiku
- Une bonne expérience en gestion et traitement de données volumineuses (Big Data).
- Capacité à gérer des tâches multiples et à s’intégrer dans une équipe.
- Bonne communication et la capacité à travailler en équipe
- Vous avez le sens du détail
- Maîtrise des langues française et anglais. D’autres langues seront des atouts.
