**Job description**:

- Your main responsibilities:
- Répondre au téléphone : Prendre et transmettre les messages téléphoniques, assurer le suivi des rappels, organiser des conférences téléphoniques/visio
- Gestion d'agendas (organisation et confirmation des rendez-vous)
- Contrôle de la qualité des documents (orthographe, grammaire, règles de mise en page, anonymisation des documents) création de tableaux de suivi
- Facturation (vérification et préparation des annexes des factures)
- Mise à jour de la base de données CRM
- Préparation de classeurs pour les réunions internes et/ou externes
- Réservation de salles de réunion - restaurants etc.
- Reliures et impressions de tous types de documents
- Archivage de dossiers
- Coordination de voyages d’affaires
- Soutien quotidien à l'équipe dans toutes tâches administratives
- Suivi et coordination de différents projets administratifs
- Your profile:
- Vous avez terminé(e) vos études en secrétariat de Direction (Bac + 2 / Bachelor)
- Dynamique et autonome, votre réactivité ainsi que votre capacité à gérer les priorités sont vos points forts
- L'organisation et la flexibilité sont indispensables
- Vous êtes à l'aise pour travailler dans des univers exigeants et interagir avec des interlocuteurs de qualité
- Doté(e) d'une excellente expression orale et rédactionnelle, vous avez des capacités d'organisation, de rigueur, de méthodologie et de travail en équipe
- Polyvalent(e), vous avez le sens de la discrétion et de la confidentialité
- Vous avez des connaissances avancées en anglais. Toute autre langue sera considérée comme un avantage
- Vous parvenez à trouver des solutions efficaces avec rapidité et dextérité
- Vous avez de bonnes connaissances des outils MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). L'utilisation de Visio sera considérée comme un avantage complémentaire
- Vous êtes capable de prendre des initiatives avec proactivité
