Our firm advises international and domestic clients in all areas of business law relevant to their business activities, ranging from fund formation, banking, insurance, private equity and real estate to corporate and tax matters.
To strengthen the Projects & Solutions department, we are currently looking for a:
**Business Application Support Analyst**:
Based in Hamm
**Your role**:
- Ensures a communication bridge with the Business users to identify an assess issues and needs;
- Articulates the communication with the technical teams to solve the identified issue;
- Ensures the follow-up of the incidents resolution with transparent and frequent communication;
- Identifies opportunities for solution improvement and opportunities of evolution;
- Ensures the end user support (cross teams) to resolve the first level of production issues and escalates to the right team if not able to solve the issues;
- Controls the correct sourcing and availability of the teams as well as build the relationship for technical teams to prioritize and resolve issues;
- Interacts with the Business and technical teams to determine improvements in the solutions and in the resolution process;
- Partners with appropriate development and production support areas to prioritize bug fixes;
- Performs basic system administration tasks like access rights management;
- Ensures Business systems are operational and are aligned with the agreed service level agreements.
**Your profile**:
- You hold an academic degree in Computer Science and/or Engineering (bachelor, master or equivalent) or any other relevant qualification;
- You have excellent communication skills with an ability to engage different stakeholders within the business;
- You are a go-getter with proven experience in taking initiative and being innovative;
- You are fluent in English and French (both spoken and written);
- ITIL Certification will be considered as an advantage.
