infeurope is looking for a **Business Analyst Senior** with at least **7 years of experience.** The position will be **onsite** in Luxembourg.

**OBJECTIVES OF THE ASSIGMENT**

**TASKS**

The successful achievement of the objectives of the Assignment involves the following tasks:
Support to the IO Business Analyst in the project in the following tasks:

- Collection of business requirements and translation of these requirements into functional specifications, drafting necessary project deliverables.
- Performing detailed analysis and documentation of processes in client’s project.
- Participating squad meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
- Preparation of use cases, test scenarios for functional test and UAT.
- Performing functional tests, documenting test results and assisting IO users during UAT
- Actively communicate and cooperate with IT and business services mainly from IO, to ensure a smooth and efficient implementation process.
- Supporting the client’s project Project Management team in ad hoc requests

Support of the data migration from eFront to client’s project together with IT
- Support IT in the exercise of mapping the data definition and structure from eFront and review the result of the exercise from the business perspective (definition, rules, business owners).
- Define, coordinate and implement with IT and IO Business Analyst the migration process: define what/how/when will be migrated from eFront to client’s project and how the integration with the other systems will be implemented
- Inform the stakeholders on the existing data quality issues and make sure these are properly addressed or considered during the migration process
- Carry out testing during migration preparation and post execution
- Independently handle end user support using BMC and ADO solution, this includes
- Analysis of requests;
- Prioritisation and management of expectations;
- Liaising with IT and the client’s project team for investigation and resolution;
- Root cause analysis linked to Data Quality issues;
- Requirements gathering and analysis in the context of corrective and evolutive maintenance;
- Preparation, coordination and execution of testing activities;
**QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Sound experience and knowledge on business requirements collection, drafting specifications documents, testing and working in close collaboration with IT.
- Knowledge of Know Your Customer (KYC) and Counterparty Compliance topics
- Strong analytical skills, good judgement and capability to propose solutions
- Capable of getting organized and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills.
- Reporting (Business Objects)
- Data Analysis using SQL
- Financial Analysis and/or Monitoring and/or Credit Risk
- Experience with IT projects involving data quality, data migration and testing
- Experience in handling data quality issues investigation & resolution
- Hands-on knowledge and experience of the IT technologies supporting data governance and data management
- Knowledge of best practice frameworks in the data governance and data management Areas (eg DMBOK)
- Data driven, analytical and structured mind-set
- ITIL
- 2nd level support activity
