Bénéficiez d'un lieu de travail adapté à votre situation grâce à nos 3 bureaux à **Luxembourg Gare**, **Bertrange** et **Emerange**. **Description du poste** Contexte**: Notre pôle **Consulting**, est fort de **15 collaborateurs** aux expertises métier distinctes**:Private Equity, Assurance Vie et Non-Vie, Risques, ou encore AML/KYC.** Ils accompagnent nos clients dans leurs projets en combinant compétences techniques et fonctionnelles en qualité de **Business Analyst, Functional Analyst et Chef de Projet.** **Vos tâches**: - Production d’analyse organisationnelle et de processus métiers - Modélisation des processus d’entreprise dans le cadre de travaux d’amélioration de l’existant - Définition et documentation de l’existant (**As-Is**) et identification de la situation cible (**To-Be**) - Participation aux réunions avec les équipes métier/IT et rédaction des comptes rendus - Suivi des livrables - Participation à l’élaboration de plans de test, y compris les tests d’intégration - Accompagnement au changement : communication, formation, animation d’ateliers, production de documentation pour les utilisateurs, support **Qualifications** Votre profil**: - Bac+3 en Informatique ou équivalent - Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en Business Analyse - Bonnes connaissances du milieu **bancaire**: - Expérience en **testing**: - Expérience en **change management**: - Une expérience en tant que "**Scrum Master**" est un atout - Expérience avec **SQL**: - Maîtrise des outils bureautiques standards Office - Expérience dans les projets en mode **Agile**: - Bonne maitrise de **l’anglais** et du **français
