We are looking for a
**Sales Manager - Iron (M/F/d)**
Are you interested in integrating a team of engineers and designers? Would you like contribute to the decarbonization of the iron
- and steel industry by promoting and selling innovative processes and most modern heavy-duty equipment? In this position, you will be asked to closely collaborate with our customers, by adapting existing solutions to their requirements and enable their visions to become a reality.
**Your main tasks**
- Being the face to our customers, representing our company and our products
- Leading discussions on the technical details with customers and suppliers
- Working out and implementing sales strategies for our Iron related products
- Identifying and following-up of on sales opportunities
- Preparing offers, handling enquiries, making sales calls and negotiating orders
- Regular interactions with our regions and business units abroad
- Responsible for establishing bill of quantities and technical specifications
- Self-contained working on development projects.
**What do we expect?**
- Bachelor or Master degree in mechanical
- process
- or environmental engineering, or comparable degree
- Solid experience in sales for international projects in a similar industrial environment
- Skilled in international business practices as well as contract negotiations
- Good financial knowledge and understanding of technical aspects
- High degree of initiative and responsibility and able to work in a professional and independent manner
- Flexibility and willingness to travel worldwide and to quickly integrate in a dynamic multinational team
- Fluent in English and either German or French.
