**Associate Corporate : The Function**

- Advising local and international clients on the full spectrum of various corporate transactions
- Ensuring the daily coordination between clients, counterparty lawyers, and services providers
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating all types of legal and corporate documents
- Conduct legal research, coordinate due diligence processes, negotiate, draft and update corporate documentation
- Participate in client meetings and build strong relationships with clients
**Associate Corporate : Your Profile**
- You are fluent in English and French ( knowledge in German or Luxemburgish are a plus)
- You are said to be a top performer in the field of Corporate Administration in Luxembourg, with 2-5 years' experience in a renowned law firm.
- You hold a bachelor's degree or a master in Law
- You enjoy working on cross-functional issues and have strong communication skills
- Autonomy and a sense of confidentiality are your hallmarks
**Associate Corporate : Your Benefits**
- A basic salary up to 90 000 euros growth/year, but also a bonus of up to 3 months' salary depending on your performance
