We are currently recruiting an experienced Investment Fund Lawyer for a **global and multicultural law firm**, established in multiple countries and on several continents.

- You are responsible for the fund set-up and structuring, and handling the day-to-day legal matters and formalities related to these.
- Monitoring legal and regulatory developments and assessing the effects of recently enacted laws and regulations.
- You represent the firm in front of prospective clients and important stakeholders.
- You of course draft all necessary legal documentation such as articles of association or Limited Partnership Agreements, and all contracts necessary to the set-up.
- You work with **Alternative Investment funds** and are also highly skilled with these types of funds.

- With **at least 5 years** of experience as an investment fund lawyer in a law firm in Luxembourg, you have been able to focus on offering a quality-oriented service. Experience acquired in a Magic Circle or international firm is an additional asset.
- You can easily communicate in English, meaning that you can hold professional conversations without any issue with international clients. You will deal with **regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds**.
- You of course obtained a Master degree in Law and are a member of the Luxembourg Bar. You are also very interested in the investment industry in Luxembourg.
- You enjoy coaching and have had the opportunity to do so, or you would like to act as a mentor for trainees and less experienced associates.
- You have a **stable career path** and care about investing yourself long-term in a law firm.
