Your Responsibilities | Fund Associate - Legal - Associate - Law Firm

You will intervene in the implementation and structuration of Luxembourgish Investment Funds.

You will have to act as an advisor to your clients to support them in their requests and provide them with advice on the applicable legislation.

You will have to maintain good relationships with your clients and keep them informed on the advancement of their situation on a regular basis.

Profile and Career Path | Fund Associate - Legal - Associate - Law Firm

We are searching for a profile with at least four years of experience as an Associate in a Luxembourgish Law Firm, allowing you to have a thorough knowledge of the investment fund industry.

You are registered as a Lawyer on List I or List II on the Luxembourg Bar.

You should be completely fluent in English, written and orally, in order to facilitate communication with your colleagues and others stakeholders. Any other language will be considered an asset.

Passion and curiosity describe you as a person and you also like to learn new things, as well as staying updated on the new changes that might arise.
