**Your Responsibilities **|** Fund Associate - Legal - Associate - Law Firm**
- You will intervene in the implementation and structuration of Luxembourgish Investment Funds.
- You will have to act as an advisor to your clients to support them in their requests and provide them with advice on the applicable legislation.
- You will have to maintain good relationships with your clients and keep them informed on the advancement of their situation on a regular basis.

**Profile and Career Path **|** Fund Associate - Legal - Associate - Law Firm**
- We are searching for a profile with at **least four years of experience** as an Associate in a Luxembourgish Law Firm, allowing you to have a thorough knowledge of the investment fund industry.
- You are registered as a Lawyer on List I or List II on the Luxembourg Bar.
- You should be completely fluent in **English**, written and orally, in order to facilitate communication with your colleagues and others stakeholders. Any other language will be considered an asset.
- Passion and curiosity describe you as a person and you also like to learn new things, as well as staying updated on the new changes that might arise.
