As HR Analyst HRdirect you will play a key and pivotal role in the Luxembourg and global HR team.

You will leverage your knowledge of Luxembourg labour law, payroll and client servicing to ensure the smooth operational running of HR process and to provide insight on opportunities to improve efficiency. Working closely with the HR operations hub in Poland as well as international teams (i.e., based in US) you will be responsible for managing and resolving the day-to-day inquiries of employees. This role is suited to someone with a risk orientated mindset, excellent organization skills, a high level of cultural awareness, attention to detail and drive towards process improvement and innovation.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Client Experience:
- Timely resolution of employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures and systems (Workday)-
- Working closely with your manager and team colleagues to stay informed on client activity, changing needs and helping identify opportunities for improving the overall client experience

HR and Benefits Administration:
- Collect and prepare documents for employees related to new hire onboarding, employment changes (i.e. internal transfers, part time employment), leave of absence (i.e. maternity leave, sickness), benefits enrollment- Preparing and providing monthly instructions and reconciliation for the Payroll team- Benefits administration (including medical care and pension)- Maternity and parental leave administration: communication with employees, preparing appropriate documents, partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders- Absence management including sickness administration and reporting (i.e. CCSS)- Ensuring the smooth onboarding of new employees and coordinating with other internal HR teams where appropriate- Termination administration (ensure return of leavers checklist, confidentiality agreement filing, vacation calculation, benefits cancellation etc.)

Innovation, Technology and Process Improvement:
- Regularly review processes and update procedures- Focus on process improvements and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency- Participating in project development including testing and change management phases, partnering with Project Management and technology teams- Strong knowledge and experience in HR administration and payroll processes- A collaborative mindset with a natural disposition to take ownership- Solid knowledge of Luxembourg labour law and regulatory requirements- Strong cultural awareness (we have over 35 nationalities in the office), ability to work with remote teams and management- Top level organizational skills with great attention to detail- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English and French or German- Drive for process improvement, new technology implementation and innovations- Ability to adapt to dynamic environment and change as it occurs in numerous areas within HR- Knowledge of the collective bargaining agreement for banks in Luxembourg is a plus
