We are looking for a **Senior HR Business Partner** to join our Human Resources Team. You will support a global team of managers and introduce scalable HR processes as we grow from start up to scale up stage.

**Scope of work**:
You will be responsible for supporting, mentoring and guiding a team of people leaders distributed in four countries in daily management topics and yearly review processes.

You will manage day-to-day HR matters and will contribute to build the culture of servant leadership at Tadaweb.

You will work closely with our Learning & Development Manager to adapt and improve our people growth framework.

You will report to the Chief Operating Officer, based in Luxembourg HQ.

Your contribution in standardizing HR processes and creating strong employee engagement mechanisms will be a major driver in our transition to a growth company.

**Your profile**:

- Master degree in Human Resources Management and 5 years of related experience in Human Resources
- Deep HR experience within a fast-paced, international environment
- Strong HR knowledge and experience in several disciplines including performance management, employment law, compensation practices and employee relations
- Fluent command of English
- Proven ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization
- Track record of continuous improvement and compliance
- Passionate advocate of a world-class people experience
- Experience in continuous improvement HR initiatives

- Experience in implementing HR policies in several geographies
- Knowledge of several geographies labour laws
- Previous experience in a scale-up organization
