**We are seeking an Event Marketing Trainee**
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a young, creative and motivated individual to work in a growing, dynamic marketing team.
**What you will be working on**
- Support the events team in the organization, promotion and execution of in person, virtual and hybrid events (e.g. webinars),
- Help researching for promotional items,
- Help with the management of branding assets,
- Updating the events calendar,
- Participate in events by welcoming our guests and take responsibilities of other various marketing and administrative activities.
- General Marketing tasks and administrative support of the whole Sales & Markets team if required.
**What we look for**
- You are studying towards a degree in marketing, communication, events, customer experience business or related fields.
- You have exceptional organizational skills
- You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- You have a great client service attitude
- You have good knowledge of social media tools
- You are fluent in English
- You have a positive, open-minded and enthusiastic attitude
- You are a team player
- You enjoy working in a multicultural environment
- You are flexible, stress resistant and a quick learner
- You are reliable and service oriented
- You are detail oriented
