At Loyens & Loeff, we are looking for a new member to join our Marketing Services team as Marketing Services and Events Officer. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering high-quality marketing communications and organising client-facing events that strengthen our brand and drive commercial success. Working under the guidance of the Marketing Services Manager, you'll collaborate with a dynamic team of 16 marketing professionals dedicated to excellence. Your office location will be Luxembourg.

Main responsibilities of the role include:- Publish content on our intranet, company website, and on LinkedIn;
- Support marketing advisors in the execution of marketing plans and campaigns;
- Promote content via mailing to clients, prospects and other relevant contacts;
- Collect data and track campaign performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of our communication channels;
- Plan and coordinate inspiring live, hybrid, and online business events, while supporting cross-border event projects.
- Manage event invitation campaigns, marketing lists, and administration using our CRM and email marketing platforms.
- Oversee event budgets and coordinate vendors, venues, and other partners to ensure flawless execution.
- 2–4 years of previous experience in marketing services and event management.
- Proactive and service-oriented mindset with ability to work independently.
- Excellent command of French and English (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms.
- Experience in professional services environment is a plus.
- Completed relevant education.
