Your Role:
You will Support the team for delivery on the internal projects and with production of regular financial reporting.

What you will be doing:
Projects: Participation in the internal projects linked to the development of a robust control environment as well as updates to internal policies and procedures within area of fund accounting; This might be linked to the project management activities as well as documentation of existing processes and transforming those into graphical representation: process flows, process descriptions

Reporting: Support production of consolidated monthly/quarterly financial reports for real estate funds by assisting in intercompany reconciliations and preparing support files as well as assisting in preparation of regulatory reports

Document Management: help with the processing of documents received in paper form (scanning, renaming, sending to relevant parties) as well as assistance in the Document Management related projects.

Other: Any other assignments within the controlling team that might be deemed necessary and appropriate to the represented level of skills

What you will bring:
- No prior work experience expected- Good command of Microsoft 365 suite (incl. excel, word, Visio)- Knowledge of IFRS is a plus- Must be pursuing a bachelor’s or a master’s degree- Interest in accounting and financial reporting- Fluent in English- Able to analyse, organize and summarize financial information- Eagerness to learn and positive attitude- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Excellent verbal and written communication- Ability to work in a team, collaborative spirit- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
