Client Relationship Manager

Join a leading international bank in Luxembourg as a Client Relationship Manager, where you will manage and strengthen relationships with Financial Institution clients, oversee loan portfolios, and support business growth while ensuring compliance and risk management. This role offers a dynamic, cross-functional environment with exposure to international markets.
**Description**
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with Financial Institution clients, including banks, insurance companies, and sovereign entities.
- Promote and cross-sell banking products and services, preparing client presentations and proposals.
- Manage the FI loan portfolio, including documentation, disbursement, repayment, and post-loan monitoring.
- Conduct credit reviews, risk assessments, and monitor portfolio performance.
- Perform client onboarding, off-boarding, and periodic KYC/AML due diligence in collaboration with Compliance and Legal teams.
- Conduct market research, monitor sector trends, and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare internal reports on client activities, credit performance, and business pipeline.
**Profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial institution relationship management, corporate banking, or credit analysis.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Strong understanding of KYC/AML and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Excel; knowledge of VBA, Python, or SQL is a plus.
- Customer-oriented, proactive, discreet, and able to work effectively across functions.
