**Experienced Real Estate Finance - Banking Lawyer**

**Department purpose**
Our Real Estate Finance department specialises in international banking work, including regulatory work, syndicated lending, investment grade, leveraged acquisition finance and debt restructuring. You will join a dynamic team advising amongst others investment banks, international commercial banks, investment funds, governments and public entities requiring advanced legal advice for complex transactions.

**Role purpose**
We are currently looking for an Experienced Real Estate Finance - Banking Lawyer for our Real Estate Finance team.

**Key requirements**
- You have at least five years relevant experience within a law firm, gained in a banking department, ideally based in Luxembourg
- You have a strong interest in Banking and Finance law
- You are a fully qualified lawyer
- You are fluent in both written and spoken English and French
- You are dynamic, proactive and have excellent communication skills
- You have strong technical and writing skills
