- Work on a variety of high-impact real estate projects with exposure to the full transaction lifecycle.
- Interact regularly with esteemed clients, investment funds, developers, banks, advisors, and Deloitte service lines.
- Develop a strong financial and strategic understanding of real estate assets and markets by gathering and analyzing valuation data.
- Lead the development and analysis of financial models, focusing on income forecasts, scenario analysis, and feasibility of real estate developments.
- Support real estate transactions by creating marketing documents (teasers, IMs, pitch decks) and engaging in marketing and business development activities.
Must have :
Master degree in Economics, Finance, Business Engineering or equivalentHolding 3-5 years of experience in a similar position at a real estate brokerage, asset management firm, advisory/audit firm, management company, bank, or investment fundProficiency in real estate valuation techniques in the context of transactions and financial reportingDeep understanding of the Luxembourg real estate marketsFluency in English and French required; competency in Luxembourgish or German is a strong asset.Nice to have :
