**Summary**:
A top tier Real Estate company is currently looking for an experienced Controller to join their team. You’d be responsible for all financial aspects of accounting and consolidation of the funds as well as supervising the juniors within the team. As a Senior Controller you will report to a Director.
**Your Job**:
- Coordinate quarterly VAT package and CIT/MBT/NWT/WHT returns in cooperation with an external tax advisor.
- Prepare and coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, including consolidation.
- Financial & regulatory reporting with IFRS/local GAAPs.
- Aggregate financial data on Portfolio level.
- Prepare financial statements
- Advise the portfolio manager.
- Supporting due diligence and sales process.
- Coordinate the reporting process across various functions, funds and geographies to ensure timely and well-organized completion of the reporting process.
- Train and supervise junior team members.
**Key requirements**:
- **ACCA** qualification is a must
- **5+ year of experience** in accounting, or finance in Luxembourg;
- Strong knowledge of **GAAP**, IFRS, and INREV.
- **Fluent** in English;
- Experience in **Real Estate funds;**:
- **Consolidation** experience is a must;
- **Yardi** experience;
- Able to forecast and prepare budgets;
