**We are seeking a Junior Adviser in Deal Advisory Real Estate (Corporate Finance)**

Based in Luxembourg, this role will be working within our Deal Advisory (Corporate Finance) team on a wide range of Real Estate valuations, real estate valuation reviews and other corporate advisory projects, along with assisting with business development opportunities.
This role will be reporting to Senior Advisers and Managers to deliver successful projects, ensuring high quality deliverables and analysis, leading edge insights and adding value to our clients. This role will involve exposure to a broad array of real estate sectors and geographies, leveraging with our pan European Deal Advisory network.

**What you will be working on**:

- Assist (Senior) Advisors on a broad array of Real Estate valuations, valuation reviews and other corporate advisory projects such as share pledge enforcements, purchase price allocations, etc.
- Support auditors by reviewing real estate valuation reports.
- Assist in the preparation of clear client reports, information memoranda and other deliverables.
- Assist in pitching to clients, including the preparation and presentation of proposals.
- Network, build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients and with our international network.

**What we look for**:
We are looking for ambitious individuals with strong analytical skills who will relish the challenge of working in Deal Advisory with a focus on corporate finance projects:

- You have some Real Estate and finance knowledge.
- You demonstrate a strong interest in Real Estate valuation and financial modeling.
- You are proactive, highly ambitious and client driven.
- You have a high level of attention to detail and you are multitasking capable.
- You display good knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
- You display a positive and enthusiastic attitude and are able to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
- Fluency in English and French or German is required.
- MRICS certification is a plus.
