**Key Responsibilities**:
- Preparing regular and annual compliance reports for the organization's Board of Directors, Daily Directors, and external entities.
- Managing issues related to regulatory compliance.
- Conducting due diligence in collaboration with business teams.
- Cooperating with oversight teams for regulatory supervision, continuous screening, and compliance monitoring.
- Enhancing the compliance framework, involving risk analysis, compliance monitoring plans, and control framework implementation.
- Defining appropriate lists and rules for monitoring.
- Owning and refining second-line oversight and monitoring of the control framework.
**Work Collaboration with Compliance Function**:
- Ensuring the organization operates in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Managing team members of the compliance department.
- Providing guidance on laws, regulations, and policies.
- Managing, identifying, and assessing regulatory risk.
- Collaborating on the compliance monitoring plan and tests of internal controls.
**Qualifications, Experience & Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant discipline.
- Minimum **5 years** experience as a **senior** in the Luxembourg financial service industry.
- Good understanding of regulatory frameworks and knowledge of recent developments.
- Clear thinking in the management of policies and procedures to identify and manage compliance risks.
- Team player with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
