**Your Responsibilities**|** Manager Compliance - Compliance - Legal - PFS - Conformité**
- Lead the full compliance framework: set up of policies and procedures, ongoing monitoring, regulatory watch and periodic reports to management.
- Oversee and validate the client onboarding process: KYC collection, risk assessments, document review and escalation of sensitive cases.
- Act as the main point of contact for the CSSF and other authorities, preparing all required regulatory filings and annual compliance reports.
- Work closely with accounting, tax and corporate governance teams to ensure data consistency and regulatory adherence across departments. Train and support colleagues by delivering in-house sessions and updating procedures whenever regulations evolve.

- You have** at least 5 years**of experience as a Compliance Officer or Manager within a PSF, fund administrator or financial service provider in Luxembourg.
- In-depth knowledge of CSSF rules, Luxembourg AML Law and related circulars; ACAMS or equivalent certification is a strong asset.
- Fluency in French and English to liaise confidently with clients and regulators. Strong analytical mindset, organizational skills and the ability to work independently while still having ample support from your higher ups should you have questions.
