We are currently looking for one of our rapidly growing partners conveniently **located near the Belgian border,** a corporate officer experienced in funds. They offer the possibility to start your day with 1-2 hours of Homeworking and to go to the office at **10:00, to avoid traffic.**
Your role:
- Assist and support the management in client-related projects and identify potential problems.
- Attend board meetings, when necessary, draft the minutes on a timely basis, and contribute within your level of experience.
- Work in close relation with and support, the AML/KYC Officer.
- Be in close contact and maintain good relations with third parties, especially the CSSF.
Your profile:
- Have a mid-level legal background and at least 2 years of Law firm or service provider experience.
- Be up to date and have good knowledge of all the CSSF regulations.
- Have a good knowledge of Luxembourg company law.
- You are fluent in French, English, and German is a real advantage.
- Know your way in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
