BDA Global Services is looking for a Legal Officer (M/F) on a permanent contract in Luxembourg.

Description

  • Legal management of pre-contractual and contractual relations with Partners (distribution agreements, supplier contracts, etc.)
  • Legal validation of the company's new products
  • Claims management
  • Ensure the follow-up and management of the files of the legal department
  • Management of Boards of Directors
  • Representation at the Association of Insurance and Reinsurance Companies (ACA) in working groups on legal issues
  • Inform, advise and assist the various departments and subsidiaries on their legal issues
  • Intervention with our Partners on current legal issues
  • Legal watch on all regulations related to Insurance Law
  • Dissemination of legal information to the various departments (information note, procedure
  • Draft and/or analyze all types of legal documents

Qualifications

  • Hold a graduate degree in law, with a major in insurance law
  • Previous experience of a minimum of 5 years in a similar position within an insurance company or in a firm
  • Fluency in French and English. Fluency in Dutch is an added advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
