Tétris Project Director

**We are looking for a Project Director for a 1 year Fixed-term contract to join our team in Luxembourg.**

We assist our clients as a consultant and general contractor and offer a full turnkey service to companies wanting to fit out their offices, as well as investors who want to renovate or refurbish their properties (shops, offices, hotels, bank agencies).

**What this job involves**
- You’ll meet our clients to get briefings on their office fitting-out or renovation needs.
- You’ll be responsible for the follow-up of fitting-out and refurbishment projects acting on behalf of our clients.
- Your role will include: briefing client, preparing the budget based on plans, organizing the tender procedure, comparing the offers and issuing the orders.
- Once the works starts, you’ll be the one who supervises them on site, controls both budget and timing and reports to the client.
- You’ll also be responsible to follow up with the legal control organisms whenever necessary.
- You’ll finally manage the provisional acceptance of the works.
- You have an experience in a similar role and environment.
- A degree as interior architect or engineer will be useful
- You’ll have fluent knowledge of English and French.
- You are at ease with technical building issues (HVAC, Mechanical and Electrical)
- You have excellent organizational skills, are detail-oriented, can work independently and are reliable.
- You possess strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients as well as external team members (architects, contractors, client’s representatives, etc.).
- You are a team player
- You adjust well to unforeseen / evolving situations
- You are proficient in MS Office and MS Project
