Legal & Corporate Officer (H/F)

Description de l'emploi

**Vos principales responsabilités**:
Assurer le suivi complet juridique et administratif des sociétés gérées/administrées

Assurer la préparation des Assemblées Générales et des Conseils d’Administration

Participer aux formalités de constitution des sociétés et de mise en place des structures ainsi qu’à la rédaction des contrats entre les entités administrées

Assurer la communication avec les clients/investisseurs et/ou leurs représentants des clients

Participer à l’analyse et à la rédaction de la documentation contractuelle liée à l’entrée en relation de nouveaux clients et à la revue périodique des clients existant (Processus KYC, )

Participer à la mise en place de restructuration de sociétés (Fusion, scission, transformation )

Participer à la mise en place et au suivi de projets transversaux liés au développement de notre activité

**Votre profil**:
Vous justifiez d’une réelle expérience d’au moins 5 ans en Fiduciaire au Luxembourg

Capacité à travailler en équipe

Grande rigueur

Aisance relationnelle

Discrétion

Capacité à évaluer les risques

Autonomie et esprit d’initiative, aptitude à être force de proposition

Sens des responsabilités

Vous manipulez aisément les outils bureautiques standards (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT)

Maîtrise obligatoire du français, du luxembourgeoise ou du portugais ; toute autre langue sera un avantage
